Free2BMe is a UK-wide service providing counselling, psychological therapies and coaching to neurodivergent individuals, whether formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or just starting to explore the possibilities for the first time.

We are a specialist company offering counselling and coaching services tailored to the needs of neurodivergent people. We specialise in working with autism, ADHD and specific learning difficulties (e.g. dyslexia and other neurodivergences).

Training and development for individual practitioners and organisations

We suggest a minimum of 6 sessions for counselling and coaching (6 session block starts from £330 depending on practitioner and need). If you wish to gift one of our training courses, please contact us to find out dates, times, prices and availability.

Neurodiversity, mental health, personal and professional development, and wellbeing. Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette's, epilepsy and other neurological conditions, chronic long term mental health conditions, PTSD. All our therapists are members of PSA-accredited bodies.
